Zenen is an elegant Japanese restaurant located in the convenient Harbis Plaza underground mall. The restaurant is known for its meticulously crafted kaiseki (traditional multi-course) cuisine, featuring carefully selected seasonal ingredients and the expertise of a renowned chef who hails from a well-established ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant).
The highlight of the 紫紺 (Shikon) Course is the signature dish: 鯛めし (Taimeshi). This exquisite dish features a whole Akashi natural sea bream, expertly prepared by skilled chefs. The flavor of the sea bream is preserved by using a simple seasoning of sake and salt during the cooking process. It’s a delicacy that truly showcases the natural taste of the fish.
